After 9 months of carrying a child, culminating in various forms of birth, and then caring for a newborn, it’s no secret that child-rearing can take its toll on new moms. As an ongoing “give back” to our community, Ideal Fitness would be honored to give these new moms a free 1-month membership. Whether you’re trying to get back in shape, need a place to escape to, or just want to sit and watch TV for an hour.
